30/04/2019: IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ELECTIONS 2019

The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu wishes to inform registered overseas Filipino voters in Hawaii and American Samoa of the following:

Registered overseas Filipino voters in Hawaii and American Samoa whose names appear in the lists of Returned to Sender (RTS) and registered under the Philippine Consulate’s address are advised to claim the packets containing their ballots at the Philippine Consulate General, 2433 Pali Highway, Honolulu, HI 96817, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Voters who changed their address are advised to check the list regularly for updates.

The said voters should present their passport or any valid ID with signature when claiming their ballots.  They may also request the Consulate to send their ballots to their present address in Hawaii or American Samoa by  sending an email to honolulu.pcg@dfa.gov.ph, until Friday, 3 May 2019.

The Philippine Consulate reminds all registered overseas Filipino voters that the ballos should be received by the Consulate on or before Monday, 12 May 2019 at 12:00 midnight Hawaii time (6:00 p.m. Manila time on 13 May 2019).  Ballots received after the close of the voting period will no longer be counted.(END)
