07/04/2011: PCGH Say Aloha and Mabuhay to AFPLO Capt. Severino David PN

19 March 2011. The Officers and Staff of the Philippine Consulate General Honolulu extended a fond “Aloha” and “Mabuhay” to  AFPLO Capt. Severino Vicente David PN who recently completed his tour of duty in Honolulu, Hawaii.   Capt. David is succeeded by Col. Restituto Padilla.

Capt. David has been an integral part of the Philippine Consulate General staff in the past 3 years making his contribution in various activities and projects of the Philippine Consulate General. He was the Consulate’s focal person in the “Typhoon Ondoy” relief operations where he coordinated the shipment of relief goods from the Filipino community in Hawaii thru the USPACOM.  Recently, he also extended assistance and support in the Consulate’s mobile consular outreach and cultural program in Maui and the Big Island.
